Microsoft Surface Pro 8 design

The concept model seen here seems to give the Surface 8 Pro a design overhaul. We see a thin keyboard profile, maybe a bit too thin, but that’s welcome here and a thicker display module. The display seems to retain the square of the previous Surface models. The current Surface Pro 7 has a 12.3-inch display with 2736 x 1824 pixel resolution we are expecting that the upcoming update retains the same features. There are thick bezels around the display as well. We can also see three Type-C ports and what looks like a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Microsoft Surface Pro 8 specifications

The new Surface 8 Pro will feature 10the gen Intel Core processors and for memory there will be 4/8/16GB configurations available. Could Microsoft go with the newly announced Lakefield processors? It could be me and my wild theory but who knows. Microsoft for all we know could ditch Intel altogether and go with AMD as well.

Microsoft Surface Pro 8 price and release date

The base model Surface Pro 8 as per the rumours should retail for $800. This will get you the 4GB configuration whereas the jump to 8GB configuration with 256GB is set to start at $1200. The device is also expected to be announced sometime in October.
