OnePlus 8T announcement on October 14; what’s changed?

OnePlus 8T announcement is happening soon but there are some changes to the new smartphone but also similarities to the outgoing OnePlus 8 models.

OnePlus started out a fairly small smartphone manufacturer. Earlier OnePlus devices lacked the premium look and finish of Samsung and Apple offerings but offered similar internals for a competitive price. OnePlus 8 series is the current flagship from the company offering top-notch performance. Like earlier models, the company is set to launch the “T” version of its flagship device. OnePlus 8T is set to launch on October 14. We all know that it will be a high-end premium smartphone, but what’s changed this year from previous versions?

Firstly as was leaked earlier, there won’t be a OnePlus 8T Pro. There will be just the OnePlus 8T. Secondly, as the rumor goes, the device won’t feature Snapdragon 865+ SoC instead opting for the Snapdragon 865. The design of the OnePlus 8T will remain mostly similar to the OnePlus 8 models. A recent render of the smartphone showed that the 8T will feature an L-shaped quad-camera setup.

We might also see other OnePlus devices launch during the event as well.
