Nubia Red Magic 5G Android 11 update is expected to roll out soon.
ZTE launched Nubia Red Magic 5G back in March this year and runs on Redmagic 3.0 based on the Android 10 operating system. Now, the device was spotted on the Geekbench database with model number NX659J running Android 11 OS out of the box. The Nubia Red Magic 5G scored 3825 points in a single-core test and an impressive multi-core score of 11695 points. The Geekbench listing confirms the Android 11 update for the device and is expected to roll out soon for all the users across the world.
The ZTE Nubia Red Magic 5G features a 6.65-inch AMOLED display, with 144Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass, 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, along with an active liquid-cooling system with turbofan 3.0. It is powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 octa-core chipset, Adreno 650 GPU, and is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Under the hood, the device has a Li-Po 4500 mAh battery with 55W fast charge support, 3.5 mm headphone jack, under-display fingerprint reader, USB 3.0, Type-C port, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth v5.1 and stereo speakers.
The Nubia Red Magic 5G features a triple camera setup at the back of the device with 64 MP primary lens, 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and 2 MP macro shooter along with an LED flash, HDR, and panorama. The 8 MP front camera takes care of selfies. Available in multiple color options, the device comes with a highly customizable RGB light on the back.
